Purchases made on our website can be replaced up to 15 days after confirmed delivery. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. You may also return online purchases at a Bronze store within 15 days with a valid receipt / packing slip. Please report missing, damaged, or defective products within 15 days of delivery, and we will replace damaged or defective products at no additional charge.
