The Stubbed Packer Brush - BPE01 - is a detailed stub brush with short hairs, the small and precise shape allows access to crevices of the eye and waterline.
Used predominantly for brow bone highlight, under the eye, to deepen the crease and for detailed work.
BEST FOR: High level payoff in small areas.
TOP TIP: Hold close to the ferrule for ultimate product dispersion and colour payoff.
